2. To ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the contracted equipment, Shenzhen Hoson maxentoo guarantees that all technical documentation provided is complete, clear, and accurate.
II. Pre-Sales Service
If customers require engineering design solutions for specific projects, please contact us. Our professional engineers will conduct detailed site inspections and carefully study the project requirements to provide comprehensive technical solutions free of charge.
III. Installation & Commissioning
1. Shenzhen Hoson maxentoo will assign experienced technical personnel to perform on-site installation and commissioning. During the installation process, our technicians will strictly follow the approved project plan and the factory technical specifications to ensure scientific and professional installation and commissioning. If special circumstances require modifications to part of the installation, both parties will negotiate and reach a mutually acceptable solution. Shenzhen Hoson maxentoo will make every effort to complete the installation and commissioning on schedule. Any delays caused by force majeure or customer-related reasons shall be resolved through mutual consultation.
2. The acceptance standard for commissioning shall be based on the operating standards specified in our product user manual.
IV. User Training
Shenzhen Hoson maxentoo will provide detailed product manuals, system operation manuals, and system maintenance manuals in accordance with the contract. Training will be provided to users on system operation, system maintenance, and equipment care.
V. Warranty Service
1. Warranty Policy: Prompt response, efficient problem-solving, and ensuring uninterrupted equipment operation.
2. Warranty Period: During the warranty period, repair service charges will be waived. After the warranty expires, only the cost of replacement materials will be charged, while labor costs will be charged reasonably according to the actual service required.
If users encounter problems that cannot be resolved independently during operation, they may contact our company directly by telephone, fax, or other means. We will respond promptly and restore normal operation as quickly as possible. To minimize maintenance time, we maintain an inventory of commonly used spare parts, including power supplies, chips, and other key components.
Under normal operating conditions, our company is fully responsible for the quality of the equipment. If any failure is caused by product quality issues, we will provide free repair services and replace defective parts at no additional cost. During the warranty period, if the equipment cannot operate normally, the user should submit a detailed written report describing the specific problem to facilitate prompt service.
